Vol. 1 No. 1 (2024)With great pride and gratitude, we present the inaugural issue Journal of Management and Digital Bisnis Az Zukhruf, Vol. 1, No. 1, December 2024. This first issue marks a significant milestone in our mission to establish an academic platform dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality research and innovative ideas in the fields of management and business. The foundation of this journal is rooted in our commitment to advancing academic dialogue, promoting intellectual rigor, and fostering collaboration among researchers, practitioners, and academics worldwide. In this inaugural issue, we are proud to feature a diverse collection of insightful and thought-provoking articles, covering topics such as management strategy, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and sustainable business practices. Each contribution has undergone a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence and relevance.

Vol. 1 No. 2 (2025)We express our deepest gratitude to Almighty God, for by His grace and blessings, Volume 1, Number 2, April 2025 edition of the Journal of Management and Digital Business (JMDB) has been successfully published, presenting a variety of scientific articles authored by contributors from various higher education institutions in Indonesia.
