With great pride and gratitude, we present the inaugural issue of Azzukhruf: Journal of Management and Business, Volume 1, Issue 1, covering the period from September 2024 to December 2024. This first issue marks a significant milestone in our mission to establish an academic platform dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality research and innovative ideas in the fields of management and business. The foundation of this journal is rooted in our commitment to advancing academic dialogue, promoting intellectual rigor, and fostering collaboration among researchers, practitioners, and academics worldwide.
