We warmly welcome submissions to Azzukhruf: Journal of Management and Business. To ensure a smooth review and publication process, authors are advised to follow the guidelines below carefully.

1. Scope and Focus

The journal accepts original research articles, review papers, and case studies in the fields of management and business. Submissions should contribute to the advancement of knowledge and adhere to high academic and ethical standards.

2. Submission Requirements

  • Originality: All manuscripts must be original and not under review or published elsewhere.
  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
  • Length: Articles should range between 4,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, and appendices.
  • File Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

3. Manuscript Structure

All submissions should adhere to the following structure:

Title Page

  • Title of the article (concise and informative).
  • Author names and affiliations.
  • Corresponding author details (email and phone number).
  • ORCID IDs for all authors (if available).

Abstract

  • A structured abstract of 150–250 words summarizing the purpose, methodology, key findings, and implications.
  • Include 3–5 keywords.

Main Text

Organize the main text as follows:

  • Introduction: Define the research problem, objectives, and significance of the study.
  • Literature Review: Discuss relevant literature and identify research gaps.
  • Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection, and analysis methods.
  • Results and Discussion: Present findings and interpret them in the context of prior research.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the study, its implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research.

References

  • Use APA (7th edition) referencing style for in-text citations and the reference list.
  • Ensure all sources cited in the text are listed in the reference section and vice versa.

Tables and Figures

  • Place tables and figures within the manuscript, close to where they are first referenced.
  • Provide clear titles and captions for all tables and figures.

4. Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
  • Spacing: 1.5-line spacing throughout, including references.
  • Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
  • Headings: Use a consistent heading hierarchy (e.g., bold for main headings, italics for subheadings).

5. Ethical Considerations

  • Plagiarism: Submissions must be free from plagiarism. Manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection tools.
  • Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Research Ethics: For studies involving humans or animals, authors must provide ethical approval details.

6. Submission Process

7. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.
