Journal of Applied Accounting and Sustainable Finance Vol. 1 No. 1 April 2025 This edition presents a series of in-depth studies exploring the dynamics of governance, financial performance, and human resource management, largely contributed by academics from the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tri Bhakti. The articles explore crucial issues ranging from funding strategies and corporate value, CSR disclosure, earnings quality, and stock price analysis on the LQ-45 index. Furthermore, cross-institutional collaborations enrich this edition's perspective, such as research on employee performance involving researchers from Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika and Universitas Islam As-Syafi'iyah .
